What We Stand For
Our Approach
1
We believe in keeping our work independent, accurate, and defensible. Every appraisal is treated with care and purpose, ensuring a professional and considered market value no matter what.
Our Values
2
Integrity, precision, and consistency shape the way we work. These are the foundations of every contract we take on at Rainier Valley Appraisal LLC. We aim to prove these values to clients with every interaction, from the initial discussion of what you need to the final signatures and beyond.
Our Story
3
Independent as of 2026, Rainier Valley Appraisal LLC’s team has been serving the Puget Sound region for nearly a decade. After previous collaborations failed to live up to the high bar Caitlin sets for herself, she set out to build her own company with these values and principles at its core. In this new chapter, Rainier Valley Appraisal seeks to create meaningful connections with every client and build a true network across the Pacific Northwest.
